Eligibility and requirements

Types of investments:

  1. Invest a minimum of 500.000 € in Spanish Real Estate (mortgage free).
  2. Invest 2 million € in Spanish public debts.
  3. Invest 1 million € in Spanish companies (shares).
  4. Deposit 1 million € in a Spanish bank account.
  5. Start a business project in Spain of general interest.

In addition, you must have health insurance, proof of financial means, and absence of a criminal record.

  • Through the Spanish Consulate abroad. You’ll only get a 1 year visa.
