Have a university degree or three years of experience.
Your employer or your client must have been in business for at least one year.

Application process

There are two ways to apply for the Digital Nomad visa:

In Spain. You’ll receive a 3-year residency approval or the length of your longest contract.
Through the Spanish Consulate abroad. You’ll only get a 1 year visa. But once in Spain you can apply for a 3-year residence permit.
